Soud Siyen is a faith-rooted organization dedicated to building bridges between the deaf and hearing communities. We believe access to language, education, and belonging is not a privilege — it is a right given by God.

Robiane D. Antoine is a faith-driven leader, advocate, and bridge-builder whose heart beats for the deaf community. Rooted in Haitian culture and guided by scripture, she launched Soud Siyen out of a deep conviction that no one should be excluded from the fullness of community, worship, or opportunity.
